Proposal for Studio Photography.
For my assignment I want to do two different sides to typical teenage girls.
The Bad side and The Good side
I want to use black and white high key set up.
Final shoot Ideas:
Low key light on white back drop.
Half punk half innocent look.
Props:Teddy and Skull.
Flower and plait at one side then back comb and mess at the other.
Skinny jeans and vest top.
Black and white.
Task 1 +2.
I want to try use the attitude of the poses that Michael Robert Williams, for my evil side of the make up.
I want to use the lighting and black and white of Chris Jackson's work for my work.
I am basing my shoot on the following pictures by various photographers who I couldn't find names on:
Task 3.
Innocent Makeup Ideas.

Evil Side Makeup Ideas.
Evil Hair ideas.
Girly hair ideas.
My ideas are basically similar to my research images, I want to do some pictures with Robyn laid of my sheep skin rug that i'll be bringing.
I want some single shots of each side and ones were I can see both sides of the make up.
My main one I want to try is the Hamlet style pose, of Robyn sat down holding the skull shes bringing and looking at it.
Task's 4, 5, and 6.
Task 7.
My Final 5:

I put the images in this order because they fit well, the top is both sides the good and the bad.
Then its the good sides together and the bad together.
Task 4, 5 and 6 (Continued).
We had a very basic set up for the lighting,
White back ground.
2 lights both set on 5.5.
ISO 400
Shutter 125
F Number 5.6
We used the light meter to get our shutter and ISO but we went on incentive's for the F Number to see if we could get a in camera dull effect for the images it was just an experiment but it worked so i was happy enough.
We had a few technical difficulties with the trigger but with Dervyn's help we got it sorted.
We made sure the wires were not in any body's way, there was no liquids near the equipment in case of spillages and we tried to keep the studio as tidy as possible to avoid any incidents.
I took loads of images that are above but only edited my best which were my final 5. I also had some 6 x 5 versions of my images printed for my own portfolio.
Task 10:
Overall I loved doing the shoot it was so much fun and gave me a huge incite into what I want my future to be.
My image made more than my expectation.
I could have been a little more prepared for example I forgot my SD card so I had to borrow Katie's, If I'd have done this in a more professional situation I would of been pretty stuffed.
For my images I didn't want to use any of the poses that my re-searched photographers used because I wanted to use my own unique ideas, So I wanted to take Michael Robert William's attitude of the pictures with Chris Jackson's lighting then add my own style into the pictures. I think the only pose that I had inspiration for was the 'Hamlet' style pose of Robyn holding the skull and looking at it. I did find some random glamour shoots on google that I was going to try but it didn't work to me.
I think on my images them selves the lighting could of been improved maybe had been lighter, but because when the soft boxes were lighter it over exposed it I really could of done with an additional flash, also i think i should of thought about props and clothing a little bit more, because i don't think I had enough props for my innocent side of make up and they weren't as strong as the evil and I just don't think the clothing looked as nice as it could of.
What worked best about my images was how they all blended together well, they didn't just go as 5 images they all moulded together because image 1, was the full over view of the make up, Images 2 and 3 were the innocence side of the make up and 4 and 5 were the evil side so they all fitted together really well.
